Model Erin Wasson is unloading her $2.6M designer penthouse

Top model and Lucchese designer, Erin Wasson and her hubby, French chef and restaurateur Barth Tassy, are listing their Lower East Side penthouse for $2.65 million.

Wasson bought the prewar loft for $1.65 million in 2006.

The 1,500-square-foot penthouse is at the top of 175 East 2nd St., a former factory built in 1920.

Wasson has appeared on the covers of Vogue, Elle, Allure, and Esquire, and worked with photographers including Steven Meisel, Nan Goldin, Mario Testino and Ellen von Unwerth.

Vogue covered the couple’s 2018 wedding, which merged their Texas/South of France roots, in Austin, Texas.

The one-bedroom, 1½-bathroom condo features exposed bricks, beams, columns, a decorative fireplace, two skylights and 11-foot ceilings.

There’s also an open kitchen and a large den, which can be converted into a home office or second bedroom.

The unit features a private roof space and there is room to build an internal staircase to the irrigated roof, the listing helpfully notes.

“The space lends itself to creating, with the changing light, amazing views and the roof. We’ve loved every second there,” Wasson tells Gimme.

The couple is selling because they spend more time at their Malibu beach house and will “eventually” be in Europe.

Selling, she adds, “is just a passing of the torch. For us, [the apartment] has been a center for creative connections, and hopefully it will be again for someone else.”

The listing broker is Jonathan Wolfe, of Brown Harris Stevens.
